  • 60 grams butter
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 120 grams flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 grams nutmeg
  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 grams salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish or pudding mold.

In a large bowl, combine the persimmon pulp, sugar, egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
