  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 5 g red pepper flakes
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 10 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the mixture.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
Step 6
Let the cucumbers marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
