Ingredients

  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 200 grams raspberries
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the raspberries break down and the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Step 5
Let the sauce cool before serving. Optionally, strain the sauce to remove the seeds.
