  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • 150 g carrots
  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 250 g lean ground pork
  • 300 g sliced potatoes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, lean ground pork, sliced potatoes, and carrots.
Step 3
Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in a little hot water and add to the meat and vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Roll out pastry dough and cut into circles. Place a portion of the filling mixture onto each circle.
Step 5
Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
Step 6
Place the pasties on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
