  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pie crust
  • 450 g pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
