  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 15 grams cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 80 ml honey
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 10 grams sesame seeds
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to create a slurry.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken along with the marinade.

Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes until it is no longer pink inside.

Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir well to thicken the sauce.
