Ingredients

  • 120 g diced tomatoes
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 green onions
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 400 g refried beans
  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 60 g sliced black olives
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 240 ml tomato sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
Step 5
Place the flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
Step 6
Top the refried beans with the seasoned ground beef.
Step 7
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the beef.
Step 8
Drizzle tomato sauce over the cheese.
Step 9
Add diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
