  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 500 grams fresh conch
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 120 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2 tomato

Directions

Step 1
Clean the fresh conch and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the conch pieces, lime juice, and orange juice.
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion.
Step 4
Finely chop the scotch bonnet pepper and add it to the bowl.
Step 5
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
