  • 2.5 g garlic powder
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml melted butter
  • 5 g paprika
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 30 g sugar
  • 30 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 2
Add the rice vinegar, melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, and water. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 4
Serve chilled as a dipping sauce for shrimp or drizzle over grilled seafood, vegetables, or rice.
