  • 1 egg
  • 14 manicotti shells
  • 680 g marinara sauce
  • 225 g mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g parsley
  • 450 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the filling.

Carefully fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
