  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 kg pork sirloin roast
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Rub the pork sirloin roast with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the herb mixture.
Step 4
Place the pork roast in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Step 5
Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
