This vibrant and colorful Seven Layer Gelatin Salad is a delightful treat for any occasion. Layered with different flavors of gelatin and creamy fillings, it's as fun to make as it is to eat!
Directions
Step 1
Dissolve each flavor of gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water in separate bowls.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl and stir well.
Step 3
Pour the red gelatin mixture into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate until set but not firm, about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of cold water. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Once the red gelatin is set, gently pour 1 cup of the milk mixture over it and refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
Step 7
Repeat the process with the remaining gelatin colors and milk mixture, allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
Step 8
Refrigerate the completed gelatin salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 9
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
