  • 480 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add the warm water, eggs, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.

Cover the loaf pan with a damp cloth and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
