  • 0.5 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
Step 3
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
Step 4
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the tomato topping by mixing diced Roma tomatoes and chopped fresh basil in a bowl.

Once the chicken is cooked, top each breast with the tomato and basil mixture, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove the chicken from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
