  • 650 grams bread cubes
  • 225 grams butter
  • 200 grams celery
  • 720 ml chicken broth
  • 200 grams onion
  • 0.5 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and celery, and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the cooked onion and celery mixture over the bread cubes and mix well.

Add the chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir until evenly combined.
