  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 115 g butter
  • 120 g flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 900 g mixed berries
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 150 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries and 1/4 cup of sugar. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and melted butter, and stir until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 5
Spoon the berry mixture evenly over the batter.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
