Ingredients

  • 170 g butterscotch chips
  • 100 g chopped nuts
  • 300 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 115 g melted butter
  • 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 g sweetened flaked coconut

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan to form a crust.
Step 3
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
Step 4
Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts evenly on top.
Step 5
Press down firmly with a spatula to compact the layers.
Step 6
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
Step 7
Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
