  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 lemongrass stalks
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
