  • 3 bird's eye chili
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 250 g green beans
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 1 onion

Directions

Step 1
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until they become fragrant and translucent.

Add the ground pork and cook until it turns brown.

Stir in the chopped bird's eye chili and fish sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the chopped green beans and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Continue cooking until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
