  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 10 g ginger
  • 15 ml honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 g turmeric
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add the sliced ginger and turmeric to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Strain the tea into a mug.
