  • 2 g black pepper
  • 2 celery
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 900 g potatoes
  • 5 g salt
  • 240 ml water
  • 15 ml white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Place the peeled and cut potatoes into the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Place the eggs on top of the potatoes.
Step 4
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure.
Step 6
Remove the eggs and place them in cold water to cool, then peel and chop them.
Step 7
Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
Step 8
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Step 9
Add the potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 10
Refrigerate the potato salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
