  • 5 g baking soda
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 g flour
  • 240 g pawpaw pulp
  • 5 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, combine the pawpaw pulp, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
