  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 g pepper
  • 5 g salt
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 10 g sugar
  • 15 ml vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline or sharp knife.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and mix well to coat.
Step 4
Finely chop the fresh dill and sprinkle it over the salad.
Step 5
Toss the salad to evenly distribute the dill.
Step 6
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
