  • 475 ml vanilla ice cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
