  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 2 g salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 180 ml vegetable oil
  • 240 g zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the grated zucchini.
