  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Clean and trim the mushrooms, cutting larger ones in half if necessary.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
