  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 480 ml green enchilada sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 225 grams shredded cheese
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 10 pieces tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of green enchilada sauce. Mix well until creamy and smooth.

Fill each tortilla with a portion of the chicken mixture and roll them up tightly. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a baking dish.

Pour the remaining green enchilada sauce over the top of the filled tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
