Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and egg until well blended. Spread in the pan.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in the pan.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
