This Seafood Lasagna is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dish. It features layers of creamy cheese, succulent seafood, and perfectly cooked lasagna noodles, making it an irresistible meal for seafood lovers.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and scallops and cook until they are just done, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
