Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 300 g sweet corn
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tsp white pepper

Directions

Step 1
Boil the chicken breast in water until fully cooked, then shred into small pieces.

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.

Add the shredded chicken and sweet corn to the pot.
Step 4
Stir in the soy sauce, white pepper, and salt.
Step 5
Mix the cornstarch with a bit of water to make a slurry, then add it to the soup to thicken.

Beat the egg and slowly pour it into the soup while stirring continuously.
