Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla and zucchini.

Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; gradually stir into the zucchini mixture. Mix in the oats, walnuts, and raisins. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges start to brown. Cool on wire racks.
