In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the yogurt and warm water to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Let them rest for 15 minutes.

Roll each dough ball into a flat circle, about 1 cm thick.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and puffed.
