  • 5 g dried dill
  • 5 g dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 240 g Greek yogurt
  • 10 g honey
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Add minced garlic, dried oregano, dried dill, honey, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
