Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 pound pizza dough

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle shape.
Step 3
Spread the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 4
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
Step 5
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a loaf.
Step 6
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Brush the beaten egg over the top of the loaf.
Step 8
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the top.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 10
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
