Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Stir in 300 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, and 10 ml of vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until just combined. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 50 grams of sugar, egg yolk, and 5 ml of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownie batter in the pan.

Drop the remaining brownie batter by spoonfuls over the cream cheese layer. Swirl the batters together with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
