This Easy Moo Shu Pork recipe is a quick and delicious way to enjoy a classic Chinese dish at home. With tender pork, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce, it's perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the pork slices with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove pork from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed, then add the ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the cabbage, carrot, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them into the vegetables.
Step 6
Return the cooked pork to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Step 7
Serve the Moo Shu Pork with warm flour tortillas. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, wrap, and enjoy!
