Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the milk to the eggs, whisking continuously.

Sift the flour and salt into the mixture and whisk until smooth.

Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
