  • 480 ml beef broth
  • 60 grams bread crumbs
  • 500 grams lean ground turkey
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 15 ml worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix the lean ground turkey, bread crumbs, and 60 ml of sour cream until well combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet, combine the beef broth, remaining sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the skillet with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Step 7
Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
