  • 1000 grams Concord grapes
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Slip skins from grapes and place the pulp in a medium bowl.

Cook grape pulp over medium heat until the seeds loosen, then press through a sieve to remove seeds.

Combine grape pulp, grape skins, sugar, and flour in a large bowl. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.

Pour filling into a pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter and cover with top crust.
