This easy Hawaiian Ramen, also known as Saimin, is a comforting noodle soup that combines flavors from various Asian cuisines. It's a perfect quick meal that’s both satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 bok choy
  • 100 g char siu pork
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 100 g fish cake
  • 2 green onions
  • 50 g kamaboko
  • 200 g saimin noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cook the saimin noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Step 3
Add soy sauce to the boiling broth and stir well.
Step 4
Add the sliced fish cake, char siu pork, green onions, kamaboko, and bok choy to the pot.
Step 5
Simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Divide the cooked saimin noodles into bowls.
Step 7
Ladle the hot broth and toppings over the noodles.
Step 8
Garnish with additional green onions if desired and serve hot.
