  • 120 grams bread crumbs
  • 415 grams canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 50 grams onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into patties.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
