  • 240 ml breadcrumbs
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 900 g ground beef
  • 120 ml ketchup
  • 120 ml milk
  • 15 ml mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
