  • 500 g dried beans
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 l water

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the dried beans thoroughly and place them in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Pour in the water, ensuring that the beans are fully submerged.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the beans are tender.
Step 5
Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm.
