  • 50 grams butter
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough into a log shape, sealing the edges by pinching them together.

Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, chopped parsley, and salt over the buttered dough.
