  • 500 grams carrots

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into similar-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
