  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 500 grams parsnips
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and chop the parsnips into small pieces.
Step 2
Place the parsnips in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the parsnips and return them to the pot.
