  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper, and stir well.
Step 5
Cook the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving and stir to combine.
