Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 240 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 700 g ravioli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 680 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
Step 4
Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.

Stir in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
In a large baking dish, spread a layer of the beef and tomato sauce mixture.
Step 7
Layer the frozen cheese ravioli on top of the sauce.
Step 8
Add another layer of the beef and tomato sauce mixture over the ravioli.
Step 9
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Step 10
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Step 11
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Step 12
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
