Ingredients

  • 200 g bamboo shoots
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 500 g pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch with water. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the sliced pork to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
Step 5
Add the bamboo shoots to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well to coat all the ingredients.
Step 7
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
