Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar until smooth.

Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and water, then mix until the batter is well combined and free of lumps.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
